1. SHIPPING AREAS
Orders are shipped from France.
We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

2. STUDIO PICKUP
Customers may choose to collect their order at our studio in Paris.

Opening hours for collection:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00

Studio pickup is free of charge and may be selected during checkout.
Orders must be collected by appointment only.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a collection time.

3. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are:
France: 1–2 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, postal services, or customs procedures.

4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.

5. TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon delivery to the address provided during checkout.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 and EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:
• unused
• in their original condition
• properly packaged

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
To initiate a return, customers must contact:

Once the returned item is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
